Today was Sunday, so Aaron’s mom went to pick up some goodies from the market on Gaya street. We got to try the OG nasi lemak which is an all-in-one simple breakfast package in a banana leaf. We also tried various different sticky rice wrapped snacks and sweets wrapped in various leaves.
It was a chill day for us. We just hung around the condo. I started watching The Glory on Netflix and it’s going to be hard not to binge this show as it is so captivating (although very, very dark). Aaron decided to go get some roti canai at Restaurant Halal TChoice. He rated it 6/10.
It was the late afternoon when we headed over to baby’s grandfather’s house. After another home cooked seafood feast and some gin rummy and lots of aunties to play with little baby, it was time to call it a night.
